Once we’ve agreed on a date, we email you a secure card link for the deposit that holds it: $50 per booked hour ($100, $200 or $300), or $50 for a pickup. It comes off your bill. Free to cancel or reschedule with 48 hours' notice. With less notice, your deposit can be used once toward a new date within 90 days. Full policy.
