Book a home visit by the hour, or have us pick up and charge per item. No surprises: travel, deposits and cancellation are all here.
Home visits
At home, your session time covers everything we scan: prints, album pages, slides, negatives and documents. A USB drive is included.

Photo counts are for loose prints: see what fits in an hour. Finished early? You pay only for the time used (2-hour minimum).

Video tapes (VHS, VHS-C, 8mm/Hi8, MiniDV) are $25 each up to 2 hours, plus $10 for each extra hour, as video files on your USB drive. Picked up during a home session: no minimum.

What fits in an hour at home
To help you choose how long to book. These are typical: fragile or stuck prints take longer, and every visit is different. We don't peel prints out of sticky “magnetic” albums, which can tear them: we scan each page whole, and every photo on it is also saved as its own photo.

Deposits and cancelling
A deposit holds your date: $50 per booked hour for a home session ($100, $200 or $300), or $50 for a pickup. It comes off your bill. We email you a secure card link once we’ve agreed on a date. Sessions paid with a gift certificate need no deposit.
Free to cancel or reschedule with 48 hours' notice. With less notice, your deposit can be used once toward a new date within 90 days. A family emergency, like an illness or a death, is always free to reschedule. If we have to cancel, you choose a full refund or a new date.
The rest is paid by card at the end of your visit, or when we bring a pickup back. Full refund policy.
Travel
We’re based in Louisville, Kentucky and serve Kentucky and Indiana.
Travel within 25 miles of Louisville is included; 25 to 50 miles, $25; 50 to 75 miles, $50; farther, just ask.
