Gather your photos
Albums, boxes, envelopes, slides and papers, most important on top. Here’s how to get ready.

We scan, you name faces
Each print is cropped and straightened, backs stay with their fronts, and iScanPhotoApp asks “Who is this?” while the people who remember are in the room.

You keep a copy
Everything on a USB drive, checked with you before we leave. Add an M-DISC for the long haul.
Can’t be home, or have a lot? We also pick up your photos, scan them at our studio and bring them back, priced per item.
Prints, albums, slides and more
At home, your session time covers everything we scan: prints, album pages, slides, negatives and documents.
Loose prints and Polaroids
Each one cropped, straightened and saved as its own photo. Writing on the back is kept with it.

Add iScanPhotoApp to your visit and your photos arrive organized, with the faces you named during the visit. Keep naming at home, search for anyone, and share with the family.
On a USB drive, and on disc for the long haul
Every visit includes a USB drive with your scans and the names, dates and keywords we added, in a standard format other photo programs read too. For photos you can’t replace, add an M-DISC, a disc made for archiving.

We’re based in Louisville, Kentucky and visit homes across Kentucky and Indiana.
Travel within 25 miles of Louisville is included; 25 to 50 miles, $25; 50 to 75 miles, $50; farther, just ask.

Questions
Do my photos leave my home?
Not with a home visit: we scan them at your table. With pickup and drop-off, they’re with us until we bring them back.
How long should I book?
About 400 loose prints fit in an hour. Albums, slides and negatives take longer: see what fits in an hour. Finished early? You pay only for the time used (2-hour minimum).
Do I need a computer?
No. We bring everything, and leave your photos on a USB drive. If you’d like to keep organizing them, iScanPhotoApp runs on any Windows 10 or 11 PC.
How do I pay?
A deposit holds your date: $50 per booked hour for a home session ($100, $200 or $300), or $50 for a pickup. It comes off your bill. The rest is paid by card at the end of your visit, or when we bring a pickup back.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Free to cancel or reschedule with 48 hours' notice. With less notice, your deposit can be used once toward a new date within 90 days. A family emergency is always free to reschedule. See our refund policy.
What happens to your copies afterward?
We delete our working copies once you’ve confirmed you have everything, unless you ask us to keep one.
